For those of you who missed this training please watch the video and complete the quiz below. Spouses must complete the quiz separately. Both must complete with 100% in order to stay in compliance. Missed attendance will be accompanied with a $50 fee and a mandatory makeup quiz unless you have communicated the emergency to your support coordinator the fee will be retracted.
